Following from our kettlebell swing challenge last week, I’ve created this home workout circuit for beginners that is a great progression from your swings that can be done in either 10 minutes or 30 minutes in your living room.
Now you own your own kettlebell? You can progress easily to these 3 extra moves!
Add to your repetoire easily and get a full body workout with this beginners circuit.
This workout compromises of 2 lower body and 2 upper body exercises and can be built upon to a full 30 minute workout over 5-6 sets.
