Should I go for the Beginners programme or 2 hour workshop? Can’t I just join the weekly classes?

I do things differently to gym based classes or drop in yoga studios.  And this is why my classes are so popular. The concept of Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training is a holistic experience with personal attention and a mindful approach and in this way have created a proven system to ensure maximum results without fear of injury or anxiety that often comes with trying something new to increase your fitness and exercise more.

As my weekly classes are quite full on– requiring a level of fitness, strength and technical skill for correct form using a kettlebell and includes a full hour of high intensity kettlebell training with yoga and martial arts elements, I suggest two ways to ‘start’ before jumping into the weekly class we call ‘Advanced Beginners’ (which are Tuesdays at 7.30pm and Thursdays at 6.15pm at Maitri Studio, 4 The Mount Belfast, click here for map)

And it depends of your current level of fitness, time commitment and willingness to wait!

You don’t have to be slim, fit or strong to start! Just start!

I have a 6 week beginners programme I run every 6 weeks on a Thursday at 7.30pm at Maitri Studio, Belfast and this is the perfect start to your fitness, fatloss and strength journey.   Suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes and is designed for those that are starting out on a fitness journey, returning back after time off or injury and are nervous it getting back into things.

These run every 6 weeks. It costs £50 for 6 sessions you take consecutively.  These sell out VERY quickly as there are only 10 spaces per class and your kettlebells, yoga mat and full community support are provided to you.

The other way, which is for those that are beginners to strength training but are maybe regular yogis or currently active in terms of going to a gym, cycling or running, is to come for the Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training 2 hour workshop.

Or if you are unable to attend a weekly class, want to add strength training to your existing health and fitness plan or just want an awesome workout this is for you too.

This is a fabulous mix of …

martial arts/kettlebell tutorials/plant based nutrition talk/meditation/yoga inspired stretching/kicking butt sweat session.

PROGRESSING INTO THE WEEKLY GRADUATE CLASSES

After attending a 6 Week Beginners Programme or 2 Hour Workshop you are now primed and ready to join our fun, fast and fabulous weekly classes as a Warrior Goddess graduate.

As there are limited spaces to each of these 7 classes from 1st June  (only 15 spaces) you need to book in advance and pay online and there is now an active waiting for those booked out classes so you are notified when a spot becomes available as someone cancels.

You can do this by:

  • Pay as you Go

This is £10 per class, paid and booked using the option Graduate Classes and Select the Class you want, enter your details and pay using the PayPal option. You will be sent a confirmation text, email and space will be booked. A range of kettlebells and your mat are supplied for you.

 

  • Block Bookings of 10

This is £75 for a block of 10 saving you £25 and can be used at any time within a 6 month period. You can book in one or both weekly sessions or even take breaks and holidays and your booking is safe.  You then go to the Graduate Classes and select the class or classes you want and book one or all 10 in one go! You will be given a Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Handbook including a training programme outline. You will set up an account with your name, email and number and this will track how many sessions you have left.  Simple enter your email and a password and that’s it.  You have full control of your bookings and your commitment to your health and wellbeing!

  • Become a Monthly Member

From 1st June, we are adding 4 additional weekly classes as we move into the new studio. This means that you can now access up to 7 classes per week of the Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training Unique training method. This membership option is only £60 for unlimited use and will save you between £20 and £60 a month depending on your weekly attendance.  This is what you get as a Warrior Kettlebell Goddess Member.

  • Save £20 a month if you attend 2 classes a week
  • Save £60 a month if you attend 3 classes a week
  • First inaugural 5 members who sign up before 20th May get hoodie
  • Thereafter, the joining prize is a branded t-shirt or vest of your choice.
  • Book any amount of classes per week
  • Get discounted 2 Hour workshops  (£18) rather than £30 saving £12 per workshop.
  • Get free bottle of water or coconut water per session
  • Purchase the 28 Day Warrior Goddess Body programme for only £28

Billed immediately on joining and then on the same date every month.

  • Become a VIP Monthly Member
