Clean Eating is not just about what you eat (or what you avoid). It is about how food is prepared and cooked and how best for you to facilitate the natural nutritional cleansing and detoxing your body will go through to feel the massive benefits on the other side.
Eat Fresh Food
Eating fresh food means choosing foods that are rich in vital nutrients. As far as possible, try to buy fruit and vegetables that have been grown locally (not imported), that are in season and are not damaged or discoloured in any way. You may need to shop more than once a week as many fresh food don’t keep for more than a few days.
Eat raw or light cooked food
Uncooked fruit and vegetables contain the most vitamins, Once food is cooked, the vitamin content is reduced so try to eat mostly raw or lightly cooked foods during your detox. Cut the Junk

Make your skin glow
Your skin is alive. It;s the largest organ of the body and helps to get rid of toxins by excreting about 1/2kg (1lb) of waste every day. That’s why it’s essential to keep it in top condition.
Include Dry brushing daily brushing your whole body with strokes upwards towards the heart.
After dry brushing, next have your shower, bath or steam and either while you’re in the bath or afterwards when you’re dry, try a bit of massage on the thighs, bum and tum. Don’t be too gentle either! And then add cream or lotion and massage that in- I love to use coconut oil.
