Do I have to go vegan?
Being plant based doesn’t mean you have to go vegan it just means that you are focused more on vegetables than meat and your choice and frequency of meat is monitored. That’s to say, you only choose the highest quality grass fed organic meat and lean cuts and that you do not focus on it as the main part of your dish. I would recommend meat free days just like gluten free days in the beginning and build. You may also find that eating eggs is best beneficial to your health and is easy to create on this plan.
Isn’t dairy good for you?
Yes it is true that milk has a low glycemic index and low
glycemic load however diary products have a high
insulinemic response on the insultinemic index scale.
Researchers from the Lund University in Sweden have
examined this surprising finding:
“Despite low glycaemic indexes of 15-30, all of the milk
products produced high insulinemec indexes of 90-98
which were not significantly difference from teh
insulinemec index of the reference bread (generally
white bread) Conclusions: milk products appear
insulinotropic. Removing dairy can dramatically
accelerate fat loss. Some of my ladies report their
mummy tummies shrinking after removing cow’s milk
from their diets. If you are concerned about calcium,
you get 3 times more calcium from kale anyway, which
is in your Green Smoothies, so you are covered for
calcium – do not fear!
Why only 3 weeks?
Can I really lose 5lbs in a week?
Isn’t fasting bad for you?
You said skipping breakfast is bad, now you are saying it is good?
Should I take a supplement?
I am a great proponent of taking supplements
because I believe in living the Ultimate Healthy
Lifestyle which I don’t believe you can achieve
from food alone (unless you are growing and
farming your own organic veg) The essentials are
a Multivitamin or Juice Plus+, a Probiotic, Aloe Vera and Vitamin
D with K. For full range you can check these out here >>
I have dumbells at home can I use them instead of
Yes and No. Dumbells will only work for about 50% of
these moves. And you will probably not choose the

I have a back/shoulder/knee injury, how can I adapt
If you have been passed by a doctor and physio to
exercise, then you are still able to workout. All you
need to do is be mindful of the exercises you do. You
may want to adapt your squats using a gym ball
against a wall and only use a 4kg for press exercises.
These adaptations can be given to you – simply ask in
the Facebook group.
I think I may have abs separation (diastisis recti), can I
do these core exercises?
Most mums have some degree of this type of separation
so it again depends on the severity and if you have
been passed by your physio to exercise. For more
information on this check out the resources on the
website. That said, I have found that correct kettlebell
lower body exercises help this. Please comment in the
Facebook group if you need further support.
I just can’t find the time to exercise, what can I do?
As with anything in life, you get out of it what you put in
it. You need to make it a priority and the best way to
do that is to schedule your exercise like any other
appointment. For more help, check out this video
I don’t want to get bulky from the weights, will they
make me bulky?
Weights don’t make you bulky, eating cupcakes do!
haha What I love about kettlebells particularly is you
get strength training but in an easy to use and fun little
bullet. This is what you need to get truly lean and
toned. It was when I made the switch to kettlebells and
strength training, away from endless cardio, that I got
the flattest stomach of my life and awesome arms too!
What if I can’t exercise for a week due to a holiday or
We understand that it is often difficult to stick to a full 6

important to make the commitment and do your very

How can I maximise my workouts for maximum results?
Your workout routine is important in terms of what you
