    I did this six week program with Lisa a couple of months ago and I have to say it has completely changed the way I think about food and exercise for both myself and my family. Both myself and my husband ended up losing (and still losing) weight, in a healthy and practical way. I lost 5-6 lbs during the six weeks and am up to 12 pounds lost now. But for me the program wasn’t all about the scales – it was Lisa’s holistic approach to both the body and mind. As well as dietary and exercise, her approach to mental health and the self overall is what makes this such an brilliant package. It’s a great reminder that as Mammy it’s so important to look after yourself too! Lisa is a fountain of knowledge and when I struggled with insomnia, she gave me great advice that I still use every day. I can’t recommend this program enough.

    The direction and accountability I received on this course was so great! Being a part of a group and reporting back our progress each day really helped to keep me on track. Following the course really showed me what it feels like to feel good inside and out and has made me want more of this kind of support!

    Excellent introduction to kettlebells in the comfort of your own home. Lisa’s routines are fantastic & build up gradually. Lots of delicious recipes to try out as well. I dropped a skinny jean size in 6 weeks & I’m still loving Lisa’s kettlebell workouts.

    After a major dip in confidence and fitness, I decided to sign up to Lisa’s Beginners Kettlebell course and I haven’t looked back since. I am almost finished her Online Bootcamp and have just completed the Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Workshop and I couldn’t recommend them all highly enough. Who would have thought getting strong, fit and kick-ass could be so empowering and so much fun!

    I have just finished Lisa’s 6 week Online Bootcamp, and I can honestly say I wish I had done this years ago. I have low energy levels and a slow metabolism, meaning I put on weight at the drop of a hat, and really struggle to lose it again. I signed up for the Level 2 Carb Cycling programme, as a way to kickstart my metabolism and also learn about healthy clean living, instead of just constant restrictive diets. During the 6 weeks I lost weight on the scales and lost cms across my whole body, whilst also adding muscle – essentail for fat burning. You will receive constant support, advice and encouragement from Lisa throughout as well as access to kick-ass, incredibly enjoyable kettlebell exercise videos, recipes and empowering warrior goddess discussions. If you want to get healthier, fitter, more confident – this is the programme for you!
