When you invest in this package you will receive a personalised holistic lifestyle programme: including nutrition, workout, habit forming, goal setting and lifestyle overhaul, access to a private FB group, and one consult per month.

If you are a go-getter and self-starter who would like a custom and affordable program with an extra push to accomplish your goals this is for you.

  • One time set up fee of £50 with includes a 30 min phone or Skype based goal-setting consult, your personalized plan, strength training workouts, meal plan, and more.
  • A questionnaire to establish goals around your ideal lifestyle and body including current exercise and eating habits
  • Depending on your weightloss goals and current programme, we will either provide a calculated calorie and macro plan that may include the carb cycling and intermittent fasting formula based on your goals
  • Or you can follow a step by step 28 Day menu plan including recipes from the Warrior Goddess Body programme.
  • Recipe suggestions and advice to suit your nutrition goals
  • A workout plan that suits your ability and intensity to optimise fat burning and kickstarting your metabolism including  kettlebells and body weight exercises and adding some martial arts moves if you like, of 3 workouts a week from home
  • Video training on more accurate tracking with My Fitness Pal and a weekly summary for check in
  • Access to the Online Classroom Portal of specialised blog posts and exercise training.
  • Daily checkins and access to me via email

All of this in a personal plan bespoke to you with daily checkins via email and access to me via email and Facebook group during Allocated Office Hours.

Plus one 30 minutes checkin/consult a month via Skype/Phone/Zoom for a face to face update and review of success.

    Working with Lisa really helped me to rethink how I was eating and working out. I had got stuck in a cycle and couldn’t figure out where I was going wrong. Lisa was very supportive and took lots of time to help me see where I needed to make changes, suggested a new approach and I started to see some great results.
