If you have never taken a kettlebell class and a new Warrior Goddess, then you simply attend your first Personal Training session by means of a kettlebell introduction so you can then join the regular Graduate classes.
ADD 4 X 60 MINUTE 1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS WITH LISA BARWISE

Feel safe, secure and at ease in our exclusive female centric new studio space where it is all about you with 1-2-1 attention and no embarrassing crowds or iron loving muscle heads.

Experience a unique holistic approach to health, weight loss and fitness including mindful practices of meditation, healthy eating and fun exercises, personalised training plans, practical nutritional advice and a proven weight loss system.  All approaches tailored to the busy woman- from novice fitness levels to active.

You get:

  1. 4 hours of personal training 1-2-1 in private studio
  2. PT Sessions only on Fridays and/or Saturdays in June
  3. Full body fat measurements and progress report
  4. If you are new to kettlebell training, your first PT session will act as an induction and allow you to join our regular weekly classe
