    Whether you want a fun and kick-ass work out or to learn more about kettlebells, Lisa’s workshops are for you. The workout is combined with yoga and meditation, so you feel great afterwards! I’ve been twice and booked in for more, highly recommend to anyone thinking of giving it a go.

    This workshop is amazing – don’t worry if you’re not used to exercising as Lisa shows you how to properly carry out the moves and there is lots of fun and laughter too! The meditations at the start and end are wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Don’t hesitate … just book your place and go unleash the warrior goddess within you!

    Don’t hesitate, just book it! Lisa is brilliant and I was a nervous complete beginner starting back exercising after 2 kids. So glad I went to the workshop, Lisa is brilliant at explaining everything. Going to try to fit classes in but will do the monthly workshop if I can’t and will work out at home. Highly recommended!

    Lisa runs a brilliant kettlebell workshop. Very interactive, fun and gets you working hard but enjoying it at the same time. Loved the set up and would definitely recommend. Thanks Lisa.
