This little beauty is perfect for all my 5 Week Fatloss programme mummies who want to enjoy a hot breakfast, brunch or even as a quick dinner.
Our plans are all about easy to assemble, high protein, nutritious meals that are put together in 30 minutes of less and this does just that.
- 3 Whole Eggs (Organic, Free Range)
- 3 Rashers of Free Range, Rindless Bacon
- Handful of Spinach
- Sprinkle of Chia Seeds
- Crack all three eggs into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and whisk with a fork
- Put bacon in grill, turning after 5 minutes and cook for 10-15 until crispy
- While bacon is grilling, add whisked eggs into a non stick saucepan with either a teaspoon of olive oil or Coconot oil and keep stirring until you preferred consistency.
- Serve cooked eggs on handful of raw spinach and bacon
- Sprinkle with Chia Seeds
