I have had to wean my little boy more gradually than I would have liked so it means I am still on such a limited diet. I am hoping that he will be weaned very soon. Although it is easier for me to lose weight as I am breastfeeding, the things that have helped me lose the weight are planning meals using the meal plans and shopping lists, eating more fruit, drinking Green tea and making it a priority to exercise 2-3 times a week.”
